Modern technologies

 In 2007 a high-speed tunnel furnace for the second burning of products (manufacturer – the Czech company "GRUN"), was out into operation at the factory, which helped to improve the quality of the manufactured products (the whiteness increased from 60% up to 72%), reduce the power inputs and make the prices more attractive for our Buyers.

 In 2009 a chamber furnace by the Czech company “GRUN” for burning of porcelain products (ceramics) was put into operation. It will be help to increase the output volumes of the most required assortment. 

 In 2010 there are plans to install the tunnel furnace by the Czech company “GRUN” for the first burning of products, which will reduce specific consumption of natural gas for each manufactured item up to 15% , and will increase the quality and production volume as well.
